Encourage, equip and enable the congregation to contribute their gifts

Keep focused by doing a few things and doing them well rather than trying to do too much

Respect our volunteers and don’t ask too much of people

Ensure that there are times of rest, refreshment and renewal

Begin one new monthly fellowship activity each year - quiz night, book group etc.
